Hafeez Ahmed Pasha, Ph.D., is a distinguished Pakistani economist, academic, and policy expert with a long career in public finance, economic planning, and development policy. He has served in key governmental roles, including Federal Minister for Finance and Economic Affairs, and has held senior academic appointments at institutions such as Beaconhouse National University.
Beyond government service, Dr. Pasha has played major roles in international development initiatives with organizations including the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme. He has authored extensive work on Pakistan's economy, fiscal decentralization, and social sector development, and continues to influence economic policy discourse through research, advising, and mentorship.
