Legal linguistics researcher and lecturer, Austria

Daniel Green, LL.M., is an emerging academic specializing in legal linguistics, language and law, and discourse analysis. Based in Austria, he is affiliated with institutions including the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he has contributed as a lecturer and research assistant.

His research explores linguistic indeterminacy, legal interpretation, privacy policies, discrimination discourse, and gender representation in legal texts. He is also a founder and executive member of the Austrian Association for Legal Linguistics, where he helps organize conferences, workshops, and scholarly dialogue in the field.
