Nilubol Lertnuwat, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Law at Thammasat University and a distinguished expert in corporate law, governance, and financial regulation. She specializes in company law, directors' duties, securities regulation, and comparative legal systems. Her scholarship has contributed to legal discourse in Southeast Asia, especially in shareholder rights, corporate accountability, and regulatory reform.
Dr. Lertnuwat has served in influential advisory and arbitration roles and has worked with regulatory authorities and corporate institutions in Thailand.
