Muhammad Irshad, Ph.D., is an accomplished artificial intelligence and computer vision specialist with extensive expertise in machine learning, data science, and industrial AI applications. His work focuses on intelligent systems for real-world use cases including automated inspection, anomaly detection, medical imaging, and smart infrastructure monitoring.
Dr. Irshad has held key research roles at institutions including Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Industrial Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Centre. He has also founded an AI-focused startup targeting industrial safety and operational efficiency, and has contributed widely through journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters.
