Afsar Rathor, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and global development, with a distinguished career in multilateral and humanitarian sectors. He has worked extensively with international organizations, including senior roles in United Nations peacekeeping and development missions across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
Dr. Rathor is the Founder and President of the Austria-based LIOS-SOIL Organization, focused on environmental sustainability, land restoration, and regenerative agriculture. Through advisory roles, policy engagement, and global speaking forums, he continues to advocate for ethical governance, climate resilience, and sustainable peace-building initiatives.
